HINT: Refuel at the self serve station close to the Whitehorse Airport. Suggested by community member Sergiosky47.

Head North.  Tune to 116.6 (Whitehorse, VXV) and aim for the beacon.  Once you pass over the beacon you should be able to see Whitehorse in front of you.  Aerocache is located six miles from beacon on radial 355 under the airport gas station canopy at the North end of the runway.
